By participating in this giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 or older, who are active-duty military members or veterans. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, Generac®, or affiliated companies, and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period: The giveaway begins on Friday, April 7, 2023 at 12:00AM EST and ends on Wednesday November 1, 2023 at 11:59 PM EST. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
3. Entry Method: To enter, complete the online entry form and submit it along with your military status verification. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
4. Prize: One winner will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible entries. The prize consists of a Generac® generator with an approximate retail value of $6,000 and includes turnkey installation, a total package worth up to $12,000. No cash or prize substitutions are allowed.
5. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be notified via email or phone within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Liability Release: By participating in this giveaway, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Generac®, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or receipt or use of the prize.
7. Privacy: Your personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and notifying the winner. By entering, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for these purposes. 
8. Media Release: By participating in this giveaway and accepting the prize, the winner grants All American Electric the irrevocable right and permission to use, publish, reproduce, display, and distribute any photographs, videos, or other media depicting the installation process or the winner’s use of the prize for promotional, advertising, or any other lawful purposes, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without further notice, consent, or compensation. The winner also agrees to release All American Electric, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims or liabilities related to such use.
9. Governing Law: This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
10. Sponsor: The Sponsor of this giveaway is All American Electric, LLC. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Generac® or any social media platforms where the giveaway may be promoted.
