The service tech who arrived (Wayne) to install our new Level 2 charger, was on time, friendly, professional and very... knowledgeable. He assured us he had done many EV charger installs which was one of our questions. He found a way to make a very small footprint by using our space above the garage and in the crawl space to run wires. I’m sure it was more time consuming but certainly looked great when he was finished. He showed us where the new switches were that were installed the electric box, in case we ever needed to shut them off. Joel, who was our initial contact person and made our initial appointment, was great too! He worked around our schedule and even moved it up when we had a conflict come up. After contacting multiple unresponsive electricians in the Dover and surrounding areas to install an EV charging system... and sub panel, I nearly resigned myself to a DIY installation. Then I happened upon All American Electric. A real person answered my call and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. The electrician (Joel) arrived on time for the estimate. He was personable and professional. He returned an estimate the same day and the company scheduled the installation for a week later. They... laid out very clearly the options for our installation along with their recommendations.When we decided to go with them, they scheduled the installation in a timely manner and arrived on the day and time as promised. Our job required that the electric be run from one side of the house through the basement to the circuit breaker box in the garage. That work was done cleanly and passed inspection by our town. The hookup to the natural gas line was also done cleanly. After the generator was installed, Trevor explained the control, monitoring and annual maintenance of the unit, including a power failure test. We received a follow up call to ensure we were totally satisfied and to not hesitate to call them if we have questions or encounter any issues. The entire experience was professional and friendly.
